    MAXELASTIC ® TH is an elastic water-based acrylic coating, added with very low thermal conductivity microspheres, suitable for all types of roofs and with high weathering and U.V. resistance. Once applied provides a waterproof energy-saving coating with high solar reflectance and high emittance, specially designed as thermal insulation barrier and heat protection.

    MAXELASTIC

    MAXELASTIC® is a one-component acrylic-based waterproof elastic coating, ready to use, water-based and thixotropic, specially formulated for roofs, terraces and facades, which polymerises into a UV-resistant, non-degradable elastomeric membrane. It provides 100% waterproofing, crack-bridging protection, decorative finish and excellent adhesion on concrete, masonry, tiles, metal or fibre-cement surfaces.
