    THERMOSAN® CAL is a one-component macroporous mortar based on hydraulic lime and light weight aggregates with polypropylene fibres and thermal-dehumidifying properties for restoration and treatment of substrates damaged by capillary rising dampness. It allows substrate dehumidification and auto-ventilation, delays salt crystallization, provides excellent adhesion and allows the substrate to breath.

    THERMOSAN® -F is a one-component mortar composed of hydraulic binders for the decorative finish of the mortar coating against rising dampness THERMOSAN®. Combined with THERMOSAN®, it provides a waterproof and decorative exterior finish for façades and walls, being waterproof against rainwater, permeable to water vapour and highly durable.

    MAXCLEAR INJECTION CREAM

    MAXCLEAR® INJECTION CREAM is a silane/siloxane cream with water-repellent properties for injection in walls subject to rising damp and capillarity problems. Its thixotropic consistency provides a horizontal barrier against rising dampness, with optimum surface impregnation and consumption control where a wide network of holes and hollows is present.

    MAXCLEAR® INJECTION is a solvent-free liquid resin based on siloxanes which, once diluted in water, is converted into a water-repellent microemulsion. It provides a highly effective horizontal barrier against rising damp in masonry, offers excellent penetration power in damp substrates, allows the substrate to breath and does not seal pores.
