MAXELASTIC
MAXELASTIC® is a single-component elastic waterproof coating based on acrylic resins in water dispersion, designed for the waterproofing and protection of roofs, terraces and other surfaces exposed to weathering.
MAXELASTIC® forms a continuous, flexible and fully bonded membrane that provides long-lasting waterproof protection against rainwater and environmental exposure. Its high elasticity allows it to accommodate small movements caused by thermal expansion, contraction and structural settlement, helping maintain watertight performance over time. MAXELASTIC® offers excellent resistance to ultraviolet radiation, carbonation and severe atmospheric conditions, making it suitable for roofs, terraces, balconies, façades and vertical surfaces. In addition, it can be used for the treatment of joints, junctions, cracks and other critical detailing areas, as well as for the protection of sprayed polyurethane foam insulation against the degrading effects of UV exposure. Its solvent-free water-based formulation combines durability, ease of application and long-term weather resistance in a single waterproofing solution.
