Maxjoint ELASTIC EXPRESS
MAXJOINT® ELASTIC EXPRESS is a twocomponent product composed of special synthetic resins in water dispersion and cements, additives and special aggregates. When both components are mixed, an elastomeric quick setting-time sealant is achieved, suitable for urgent sealing of joints and cracks. Allows opening to pedestrian traffic in 8 hours and water immersion in 3 days.

Maxflex W-SEAL
MAXFLEX® W-SEAL is a moisture-cured, onecomponent, water-swelling sealant with excellent elasticity for use in all kinds of construction joints and cracks. It increases in contact with water more than 500% its original volume, acting as an effective hydro-expansive sealing within joints and blocking the water ingress.
It is supplied ready-to-use in 600 ml bag for application by caulking gun directly on places with difficult access or irregular surfaces such as corners, joints, cracks, etc., in construction.

Maxflex 900
MAXFLEX® 900 is a two-component, gun-grade consistency, polysulphide-based joint sealant. It cures chemically at ambient temperature, providing an elastomeric sealant with low elasticity modulus, especially recommended for sealing all kind of joints wherein water immersion and high chemical resistance is required.
For horizontal joints on concrete floors it is also available the pour-grade MAXFLEX® 900 -F, with fluid consistency and self-levelling properties for easier application.

MAXFLEX® 100 W is a one-component, modified-polyurethane, isocyanate-free, elastomeric sealant with high weathering resistance, suitable for sealing joints or cracks in permanent immersion and contact with potable water.

Maxflex XJS-FPO
MAXFLEX® XJS-FPO is a sealing system consisted of a strip composed of flexible, polyolefin-polyethylene copolymer (FPO-PE) with two die cut edges, which is fixed to the surface using an epoxy-based adhesive, MAXEPOX® JOINT (Technical Bulletin No. 237), over joints or cracks subjected to small movements or exposed to chemicals. It assures a watertight joint while allowing the movement of the treated element, for both interior and exterior applications.

Maxflex XJS
MAXFLEX ® XJS is a sealing system consisted of a thermoplastic elastomeric strip (TPE) with two lateral fleece edges, which is fixed to the surface using an epoxy-based adhesive, MAXEPOX ® JOINT, or a flexible cement-based mortar, MAXSEAL® FLEX, over expansion joints or cracks subjected to extreme movements or exposed to chemicals. It assures a watertight joint while allowing the movement of the treated element, for both interior and exterior applications.

When both components are mixed, an elastomeric product with high bond strength is achieved, suitable for sealing joints and cracks in concrete, pre-cast elements, mortars and bricks.
