MAXURETHANE FLOOR

MAXURETHANE FLOOR is a two-component, solvent-free and pigmented flexible polyurethane resin designed for the protection, repair and decorative finishing of concrete and cement-based floors.

Its advanced formulation provides high mechanical strength, exceptional chemical resistance and outstanding adhesion, resulting in continuous, seamless and durable surfaces. MAXURETHANE FLOOR can be used as a sealer coating, or combined with silica aggregates to form fluid mortars, trowelable mortars and anti-slip multilayer systems. Suitable for heavy-duty industrial areas, garages, parking decks, warehouses, laboratories, food industries and commercial buildings, it ensures a compact, easy-to-clean and aesthetic finish available in various colours and textures. Environmentally friendly and solvent-free, it is safe for use in poorly ventilated areas and suitable for contact with food.

Mode of application

Mix component B completely into component A at low speed until uniform colour and consistency are achieved. Apply by roller, trowel or airless spray in one or several coats depending on the system type and substrate conditions.

Consumption

Approximate consumption: 0.25–0.30 kg/m² per coat for sealer coating; 1.6 kg/m²·mm for fluid mortar and 1.9 kg/m²·mm for trowelable mortar, depending on surface texture and porosity.

Packaging

MAXURETHANE FLOOR is supplied in 25 kg sets: component A (20 kg) and component B (5 kg), available in grey, red, green and white. Other colours upon request.

Precautions and safety

Wear protective gloves, goggles and suitable clothing during mixing and application. Avoid contact with skin and eyes. Clean tools immediately after use with MAXURETHANE SOLVENT.
