MAXURETHANE FLEX

MAXURETHANE FLEX is a two-component, solvent-free, flexible polyurethane membrane designed for long-term waterproofing and protection of concrete and metal surfaces. With excellent chemical resistance and high elasticity, MAXURETHANE FLEX creates a continuous, jointless coating that adapts perfectly to complex geometries and structural movements. Its non-toxic formulation allows safe use in potable water applications, and its outstanding adhesion ensures durability on concrete and metal substrates, even in poorly ventilated areas. Thanks to its resistance to abrasion, UV radiation (when protected), and aggressive agents such as sewage or diluted chemicals, it is an ideal solution for both indoor and outdoor waterproofing projects.

• Waterproofing of potable water reservoirs, swimming pools, fountains and pipelines.
• Protection of waste water treatment plants, digesters, and chemical containment structures.
• External protection of foundations, retaining walls, terraces, balconies, and underground structures.

Application instructions

Mix component B into component A using a low-speed drill until achieving a uniform product. Apply by brush, roller, or airless spray in two or three coats.

Consumption

Total estimated consumption: 0.6 – 0.8 kg/m², depending on substrate conditions and application method.

MAXURETHANE FLEX is supplied in pre-weighed 25 kg sets and available in grey, white, green or red colors.

Precautions and safety

Wear protective gloves, goggles and clothing. Avoid contact with skin and eyes during application.
