MAXURETHANE FINISH
MAXURETHANE FINISH is a two-component, water-based aliphatic sealer designed to protect concrete floors and decorative mortars with a transparent and highly resistant finish.
MAXURETHANE FINISH creates a non-visible, durable film that preserves the natural look of surfaces while increasing their abrasion, scratch, and stain resistance. Ideal for indoor and outdoor use, it is UV-resistant, non-yellowing, and VOC-free, providing an eco-friendly and hygienic solution. Thanks to its excellent adhesion, MAXURETHANE FINISH can be applied directly onto concrete, cement mortars, terrazzo, ceramic tiles, wood, and natural stone without the need for primers. It significantly reduces water absorption, enhances anti-dust properties, and facilitates cleaning, making it suitable for commercial, residential, and industrial applications.

How to use
Mix component B into component A using a low-speed drill until homogeneous. Apply MAXURETHANE FINISH evenly with a short-pile roller or brush in two thin coats.
Consumption
Estimated consumption is 80–100 g/m² per coat, for a total of 160–200 g/m² in two coats, depending on the substrate conditions.
Presentation
MAXURETHANE FINISH is supplied in a pre-weighed two-component set of 3 kg (2.7 kg Component A and 0.3 kg Component B).
Precautions and safety
Wear protective gloves, safety goggles, and appropriate clothing during handling. Avoid skin and eye contact and ensure proper ventilation during application.
