MAXURETHANE CEM -L
MAXURETHANE CEM -L is a three-component polyurethane-cement mortar with fluid consistency, specially designed to provide smooth pavements of 4 to 6 mm thickness with high mechanical, thermal and chemical resistance.
This advanced mortar combines polyurethane resins with selected cements and aggregates to deliver a continuous, seamless floor system. MAXURETHANE CEM-L ensures outstanding durability against abrasion, impact, aggressive cleaning processes and exposure to fats, alkalis, acids and hydrocarbons. Its solvent-free and non-flammable composition makes it suitable for poorly ventilated areas, offering safe and environmentally friendly performance. With rapid hardening, it allows pedestrian traffic after 12 hours and heavy traffic in just 48 hours, ensuring minimal downtime in industrial facilities.

Mode of application
Mix the pre-weighed components until achieving a homogeneous fluid mortar. Apply with rubber squeegee or toothed trowel in 4–6 mm layer and finish with spiked roller.
Consumption
Average consumption: 2,0 kg/m² per mm thickness. Values may vary depending on substrate porosity, texture and application method.
Presentation
MAXURETHANE CEM-L is supplied in pre-weighed three-component sets of 35.70 kg, available in grey, white, red and green colours.
Precautions and safety
Use protective gloves, goggles and clothing during mixing and application. Avoid dust inhalation and direct contact with skin or eyes at all times.
