MAXSHEEN ELASTIC
MAXSHEEN ELASTIC is a one-component water-based acrylic coating designed for anti-carbonation protection, waterproofing and long-lasting decoration of concrete structures, façades and masonry surfaces.
MAXSHEEN ELASTIC provides a flexible and durable protective finish that helps preserve the appearance and integrity of construction substrates exposed to demanding environmental conditions. Its elastic acrylic formulation allows the coating to accommodate minor substrate movements while maintaining an effective barrier against rainwater and atmospheric agents. MAXSHEEN ELASTIC is especially suitable for concrete structures, brick façades, renders, prefabricated elements and other common building materials requiring both protection and decorative enhancement. The coating remains permeable to water vapour, allowing the substrate to breathe while reducing the effects of moisture penetration from weather exposure. Its excellent resistance to ultraviolet radiation, dirt accumulation and ageing contributes to long-term durability with minimal maintenance requirements. MAXSHEEN ELASTIC is also an ideal finishing coat over waterproofing and repair systems where a decorative and protective surface is required.
