MAXSHEEN CLEAR
MAXSHEEN CLEAR is a one-component, water-based, transparent acrylic coating designed to protect concrete and other surfaces from carbonation, chloride ingress and weathering effects.
Ideal for architectural concrete, masonry, wood, ceramic and natural stone, MAXSHEEN CLEAR enhances durability without altering surface aesthetics. Its breathable formulation blocks CO₂ diffusion and prevents corrosion while allowing water vapour transmission. With high UV resistance and strong adhesion on porous substrates, it requires no primer and offers long-lasting protection. Easy to apply by brush, roller or airless spray, it provides a clean, anti-dust finish and resists algae and microbiological growth. MAXSHEEN CLEAR is environmentally friendly, VOC-free and non-toxic.

How to apply
Stir MAXSHEEN CLEAR before use. Apply one diluted coat (5:1 with water) as primer, followed by a second pure coat after drying.
Consumption
Total consumption: 0.4–0.6 kg/m² in two coats, depending on substrate type and porosity.
Packaging
MAXSHEEN CLEAR is supplied in 25 kg drums, ready to use with no mixing required.
Precautions and safety
Wear protective gloves, goggles and clothing. Avoid contact with eyes or skin. Clean tools with water immediately after use.
