MAXSEAL TRAFFIC
MAXSEAL TRAFFIC is a two-component mortar based on special cements and water-based synthetic resins, designed as a trafficable waterproof coating for concrete floors under hydrostatic pressure.
It combines waterproofing and mechanical resistance in a single product, suitable for both positive and negative pressure. MAXSEAL TRAFFIC provides excellent resistance to abrasion from cars, forklifts, and industrial vehicles, while allowing water vapor diffusion. Its strong adhesion on concrete requires no primer, and its final texture can be customized for aesthetic or anti-slip finishes. The solvent-free, non-toxic and odourless formulation makes it ideal for poorly ventilated or enclosed areas, ensuring safe and eco-friendly application.

Application method
Pour component A into a clean container and add component B gradually while mixing with a low-speed drill until a lump-free mix is achieved. Apply two coats by brush, broom, or spray.
Consumption
Total consumption: 2.0 – 3.0 kg/m² in two coats of 1.0 – 1.5 kg/m² each, depending on substrate porosity and texture.
Packaging
MAXSEAL TRAFFIC is supplied in 35 kg pre-weighed sets: 10 kg of liquid (component A) and 25 kg of powder (component B), available in grey or white.
Precautions and safety
Use rubber gloves, goggles, and protective clothing. Avoid skin and eye contact and do not inhale dust during application. Wash with water if contact occurs.
