MAXSEAL SUPER

MAXSEAL SUPER is a single-component cement-based mortar with osmotic and crystallisation properties, designed for waterproofing under both positive and negative hydrostatic pressure and for long-term protection of concrete, masonry and brickwork.

Its special formulation enhances the osmotic effect, penetrating the capillary network of the substrate and crystallising inside, sealing pores and cracks up to 0.4 mm. MAXSEAL SUPER provides durable internal and external protection against water ingress, carbonation, chlorides, sulphates and freeze-thaw cycles. Suitable for drinking water contact, UV resistant and solvent-free, it is ideal for waterproofing structures subjected to severe environmental and hydraulic conditions. The product can be applied as a continuous coating or by dusting onto foundation slabs, ensuring full protection and durability in civil engineering, industrial and building works.

• External protection of foundations and retaining walls exposed to aggressive groundwater or salts.

Application instructions

Mix MAXSEAL SUPER with clean water until a smooth lump-free paste is obtained, allow 5 minutes rest, remix briefly and apply in two crossed coats by brush, roller or spray, or by dusting on slabs followed by power trowelling.

Consumption

By coating: 1.0–1.5 kg/m² per coat, total 2.0–3.0 kg/m² in two coats. By dusting: 1.5–2.5 kg/m², with possible increase up to 20–25% on highly reinforced slabs.

Packaging

MAXSEAL SUPER is supplied in 25 kg bags and drums, available in grey and white colours.

Precautions and safety

Wear protective gloves, goggles and clothing. Avoid contact with eyes and skin, and prevent inhalation of dust. Refer to the Safety Data Sheet before use.
