MAXSEAL -S

MAXSEAL -S is a one-component cement-based mortar formulated with special additives and selected aggregates, designed for waterproofing and protection of concrete, masonry and underground structures by thick layer application.

MAXSEAL -S provides an effective solution for waterproofing against moderate hydrostatic pressure and for protecting structures from water penetration. Its formulation allows both manual application and mechanical shotcreting, making it suitable for large-scale waterproofing and rehabilitation projects. MAXSEAL -S develops excellent adhesion to mineral substrates, becoming integrated with the surface while sealing pores, voids and irregularities. The coating remains permeable to water vapour, allowing the substrate to breathe without compromising waterproofing performance. MAXSEAL -S is particularly suitable for underground structures, water retaining facilities and construction elements exposed to aggressive environments.
