MAXSEAL -M
MAXSEAL -M is a single-component mortar made of cement, selected aggregates and special additives, designed to waterproof and protect concrete and masonry against both positive and negative water pressure.
This coating offers excellent adhesion, withstands high water pressure, and is durable under aggressive environments such as marine exposure or freeze/thaw cycles. MAXSEAL -M is breathable, permeable to water vapor, and integrates with the substrate by filling pores and sealing voids. It applies easily on damp surfaces, requires no bonding primers, and is certified for contact with drinking water. Compatible with ceramic finishes and decorative renders, it meets EN 1504-2 for surface protection of concrete structures.

Application method
Mix 25 kg of MAXSEAL -M with 6.5–7.0 liters of clean water. Apply two crossed coats using a brush, broom, roller or spray, ensuring full surface coverage.
Consumption
Estimated total consumption: 2.0–3.0 kg/m² in two layers, each applied at 1.0–1.5 kg/m² depending on substrate and method.
Packaging
MAXSEAL -M is supplied in 25 kg bags and 5 or 25 kg drums. Available in grey, white, and pearl grey upon request.
Health and safety
Wear gloves, goggles and protective clothing. Avoid inhaling dust or contact with skin and eyes during handling, mixing and application.
