MAXSEAL FLEX EXPRESS

MAXSEAL FLEX EXPRESS is a two-component flexible waterproofing mortar formulated with liquid acrylic resins and special cements, additives and graded aggregates, designed for very fast waterproofing works.

Thanks to its extremely rapid setting, MAXSEAL FLEX EXPRESS is ideal for urgent waterproofing where sudden rainfalls are expected, for fast curing before flooding tests or tiling after only two hours. Its excellent adhesion and crack-bridging capability ensure durable protection on concrete, brick, stone, block and mortar surfaces, even when damp, making it highly versatile for civil engineering, building and industrial applications.

• Fast waterproofing of hydraulic works, swimming-pools, tanks, fountains and other water retaining structures.
• Urgent protection of roofs, terraces, balconies, planters, green roofs and exposed outdoor areas.
• Rapid waterproofing of bathrooms, kitchens, changing rooms and wet areas before tiling or traffic opening.
• Negative waterproofing of tunnels, basements, galleries, elevator pits and underground parking structures.
• Waterproofing and protection of marine works, bridges, foundations, retaining walls and wastewater plants.

Mode of application

Mix component A with component B using a slow-speed drill until homogeneous. Apply with brush or broom in two crossed coats, saturating the substrate previously with water to achieve a uniform continuous coating.

Consumption

The estimated consumption is 1.0–1.5 kg/m² per coat, with a total application of 2.0–3.0 kg/m² in two coats, depending on porosity, surface condition and application method.

Presentation

MAXSEAL FLEX EXPRESS is supplied in pre-weighed two-component sets of 7 kg and 35 kg, available in grey colour. Both components are delivered in sealed original packaging.

Precautions and safety

Wear gloves, goggles and protective clothing during mixing and application. Avoid skin and eye contact and do not inhale dust. In case of contact, wash immediately with water and seek medical advice if irritation persists.
