MAXSEAL FLEX
MAXSEAL FLEX is a two-component mortar designed for flexible waterproofing and protection of concrete, masonry, bricks and cement-based substrates, against both positive and negative water pressure.
Its formulation, based on special cements, additives and water-based acrylic resins, creates a seamless coating with excellent adhesion and crack-bridging capability. MAXSEAL FLEX resists pressure, freeze-thaw cycles, chloride attack and UV exposure. It allows substrate breathability, can be applied on damp surfaces, and is certified for contact with potable water. Ideal for demanding waterproofing in civil engineering, building renovation, water tanks, pools, bathrooms and terraces. Can be overcoated with tiles, adhesives or decorative mortars.
Applications
- Waterproofing of tanks, reservoirs, swimming pools and irrigation channels.
- Protection of basements, foundations, tunnels and retaining walls.
- Interior and exterior waterproofing under tiles in kitchens, bathrooms and balconies.
