MAXSEAL
MAXSEAL is a single-component cement-based mortar with selected aggregates and special additives, designed for waterproofing under both positive and negative hydrostatic pressure and for long-term protection of concrete, brick and masonry.
Its formulation creates a continuous coating that prevents water ingress while allowing the substrate to breathe. MAXSEAL integrates with the concrete, sealing pores and microcracks without primers, ensuring durability and minimal maintenance. It is suitable for contact with drinking water, resistant to carbonation, chlorides, sulphates, freeze-thaw cycles and aggressive environments such as marine exposure. With excellent adhesion, UV resistance and compatibility with ceramic or decorative finishes, MAXSEAL is a versatile and effective solution for civil engineering, hydraulic structures and building protection.
Applications
- Waterproofing of tanks, dams, swimming pools, pipes, channels and water retaining structures.
- Internal protection of tunnels, basements, galleries and elevator shafts against hydrostatic pressure.
- External protection of foundations and retaining walls exposed to aggressive groundwater or salts.
Advantages
- Withstands high direct and indirect hydrostatic pressures.
- Breathable coating applicable on damp substrates.
- Excellent resistance against CO₂, chlorides, sulphates and harsh environmental conditions.
- Safe for drinking water and environmentally friendly, cement-based and solvent-free.
- Easy application by brush, broom, roller or spray equipment.
