MAXROAD EXPRESS
MAXROAD EXPRESS is a one-component mortar formulated with special cements and selected aggregates for urgent concrete pavement repairs in small and large volumes.
Thanks to its very fast setting time and high mechanical strength, MAXROAD EXPRESS enables quick reopening of traffic areas in less than two hours. It is ideal for emergency repairs on airport runways, roads, industrial floors and warehouse accesses. As a pure product or as a binder with aggregates, it allows flexible use depending on patch thickness and volume. This cement-based, solvent-free mortar offers excellent adhesion on damp substrates and performs well under freeze-thaw cycles, making it suitable for outdoor environments with harsh conditions. MAXROAD EXPRESS is chloride-free, non-toxic, and environmentally friendly, ensuring safe use in urban, industrial and transportation infrastructure works.

Application Instructions
Mix 25 kg of MAXROAD EXPRESS with 3.25–3.5 liters of water using a low-speed drill until smooth and homogeneous. Apply by trowel over the bonding slurry.
Consumption
Estimated consumption: 2.0 kg/m² per mm thickness as pure product. A 25 kg bag fills approximately 12.5 liters.
Presentation
MAXROAD EXPRESS is supplied in 25 kg bags or metal drums, available in standard grey color.
Precautions and Safety
Use rubber gloves, safety goggles and protective clothing. Avoid contact with eyes and skin and do not inhale dust.
