MAXREST

MAXREST is a one-component structural repair mortar designed for quick-setting and shrinkage-compensated applications on concrete and masonry structures.

Formulated with special cements, additives, and selected aggregates, MAXREST ensures a thixotropic consistency ideal for vertical and overhead repairs without formwork. It provides excellent adhesion, mechanical strength higher than concrete, and non-shrink performance, making it perfect for restoring damaged structures, increasing rebar passivity, and structural strengthening. Easy to apply, odour-free, and solvent-free, MAXREST is the ideal choice for waterproofing preparation, swimming pools, basements, and reservoirs.

Applications

• Restoration of concrete elements like pillars, lintels, and architectural surfaces exposed to harsh conditions.
• Repair of honeycombs, cracks, and damaged prefabricated concrete structures.
• Cold joints patching and shaping of concave corners before waterproofing jobs.

How to use

Mix MAXREST with 14–16% clean water using a low-speed drill until obtaining a homogeneous, lump-free mortar. Apply manually with a trowel on dampened substrate.

Consumption

Estimated consumption of MAXREST is 1.67 kg/m² per mm thickness, with recommended layers between 10 and 30 mm per application.

Presentation

MAXREST is supplied in 25 kg bags, 5 kg metal cans, and 25 kg drums, available in standard grey colour.

Precautions and safety

Wear rubber gloves, safety goggles, and protective clothing during handling and application to avoid dust inhalation and direct skin contact.
