MAXPATCH -MPC EXPRESS
MAXPATCH MPC EXPRESS is a monocomponent magnesium phosphate cement (MPC) mortar specifically designed for urgent concrete repairs and applications under extremely low temperatures, from -20°C to +30°C.
Its ultra-fast setting time of 15 minutes allows road or industrial traffic to resume after just 30 to 60 minutes. MAXPATCH MPC EXPRESS is ideal for patching concrete pavements, warehouse floors, access ramps, and cold storage facilities. With high early mechanical strength and no need for primers, this product ensures excellent adhesion on concrete, even in winter conditions. It is solvent-free, chloride-free, environmentally friendly, and suitable for both indoor and outdoor applications, offering durability against freeze-thaw cycles, de-icing salts, and marine environments.
Applications
- Emergency repairs of concrete pavements, bridge decks, and airport runways in sub-zero climates.
- Concrete patching in cold rooms and refrigerated warehouses where standard mortars are ineffective.
- Void filling or defect repair prior to applying self-levelling mortars in industrial floors.

Application method
Mix 25 kg of MAXPATCH MPC EXPRESS with 3.5–4.0 litres of clean water using a slow-speed drill until smooth. Apply within 10 minutes by trowel over bonding slurry.
Consumption
Estimated consumption is 2.0 kg/m² per mm of thickness. A 25 kg bag yields approximately 12.5 litres of mortar.

MAXPATCH MPC EXPRESS is supplied in 25 kg bags or metal drums, available in grey colour.

Use gloves, goggles and protective clothing. Avoid skin and eye contact, and do not breathe dust during handling.
