MAXPATCH -M EXTRAFINO
MAXPATCH -M EXTRAFINO is a one-component cement-based mortar formulated with selected aggregates and special additives, designed to provide a decorative and cosmetic finish for concrete pavements at minimal thickness.
Once mixed with water, MAXPATCH -M EXTRAFINO develops excellent adhesion, abrasion resistance and compressive strength, delivering a durable and seamless finish between 1 and 2 mm. It is especially suitable for indoor and outdoor continuous flooring, offering an aesthetic surface that can be coloured, treated with transparent coatings and adapted for decorative applications. Its easy workability and rapid readiness for pedestrian traffic make it an ideal solution for both new construction and repair projects requiring a high-performance, smooth finish.

Mode of application
Mix 25 kg of MAXPATCH -M EXTRAFINO with 4.75–5.25 litres of water using a low-speed mixer until smooth and lump-free. Apply with trowel in 1–2 mm layers, finishing once cured.
Consumption
Estimated consumption of MAXPATCH -M EXTRAFINO is 1.8 kg/m² per mm thickness, depending on substrate conditions, porosity and application method.
Presentation
MAXPATCH -M EXTRAFINO is supplied in 25 kg bags or 25 kg metal drums, available in grey and white. Other colours can be requested for specific decorative needs.
Precautions and safety
Wear protective gloves, goggles and clothing during preparation and application. Avoid contact with skin and eyes, and prevent inhalation of dust during mixing and use.
