MAXJOINT ELASTIC

MAXJOINT ELASTIC is a two-component mortar designed for sealing joints and cracks subject to movement in concrete and masonry, providing an elastomeric, durable, and high-adhesion finish. With its advanced formulation based on special synthetic resins and selected cements, MAXJOINT ELASTIC is ideal for protecting structures exposed to water, chemicals, or environmental stress. The product ensures excellent adhesion on damp substrates, easy application, and resistance to permanent immersion. Thanks to its elasticity and mechanical strength, MAXJOINT ELASTIC delivers a long-lasting solution for sealing non-structural joints and cracks in façades, water tanks, and pipelines.

Applications

Mode of Application

Mix component A (resin) and component B (powder) at a 1:1 weight ratio using a low-speed drill for 2-3 minutes. Let it rest 5 minutes, then apply MAXJOINT ELASTIC with a trowel or gun over damp surfaces, filling joints completely and smoothing as required.

Consumption

Estimated consumption: For 10×10 mm joints, approx. 0.125 kg per linear metre. One kilogram fills about 0.79 litres of joint volume, depending on substrate conditions.

Presentation

MAXJOINT ELASTIC is supplied in pre-weighted 5 kg and 10 kg sets, each containing the two components in a 1:1 ratio by weight. Available in grey and other colours upon request.

Precautions and Safety

Wear protective gloves, goggles, and clothing. Avoid skin or eye contact and inhalation of dust. Clean tools with water immediately after use. Dispose of waste following local regulations.
