MAXFLOOR POLY
MAXFLOOR POLY is a two-component, solvent-free, cold-applied aliphatic polyurea coating for the protection and decorative finish of concrete floors requiring a very quick return to service in demanding industrial and commercial environments.
MAXFLOOR POLY can be applied as a single smooth topcoat or mixed with selected aggregate to obtain anti-slippery multilayer systems or a fluid mortar for small-thickness leveling. It delivers excellent adhesion on concrete, very high abrasion performance, strong chemical resistance, UV and weathering stability, compact anti-dust finish, easy cleaning and low-odor application for indoor or outdoor use.

Mode of application
Substrate must be sound, clean, dry and open-textured; prime areas with MAXEPOX PRIMER-W. Premix components, pour B into A and mix with low-speed drill. Apply by brush, roller, trowel or squeegee; broadcast aggregate; spiked roller.
Consumption
MAXFLOOR POLY: primer 0.2–0.25 kg/m²; smooth coat 0.50–0.60 kg/m²; multilayer resin 0.6–0.7 kg/m² plus 2.0–2.5 kg/m² aggregate; fluid mortar 1.0 and 1.7 kg/m² per mm.
Presentation
MAXFLOOR POLY is supplied as a pre-weighed two-component 10 kg set in grey, white, red, green and transparent versions; other colours are available upon request.
Precautions and safety
Use gloves, goggles and protective clothing. Avoid contact with skin and eyes. Clean with soap and water. Consult Safety Data Sheet and follow disposal rules.
