MAXFLOOR POLY -M
MAXFLOOR POLY -M is a two-component, solvent-free aromatic polyurea coating designed for the protection and decorative finish of concrete pavements requiring very quick reopening to traffic.
Thanks to its advanced formulation, MAXFLOOR POLY -M provides excellent adhesion to concrete, outstanding mechanical strength and chemical resistance, very high abrasion durability, UV and weathering stability, anti-dust continuous finish and easy cleaning for indoor or outdoor industrial and commercial flooring projects.
MAXFLOOR POLY -M can be applied as a single smooth topcoat or mixed with selected aggregate to obtain multilayer anti-slip systems, or combined with filler to produce a fluid mortar for small-thickness leveling.

- Continuous leveling coating for parking areas, warehouses, aircraft hangars and workshops.
- Chemical and abrasion protection on concrete floors in food processing, pharmaceutical industries, chemical plants and other manufacturing units.
- Decorative high-performance finish in malls, theme parks, offices, hotels, museums and showrooms.
- Multilayer anti-slip systems with selected aggregate: wet areas, stairs, access ramps, docks, cold storage units and parking slopes.

Mode of application
Supplied as pre-weighed A+B. Premix parts; pour B into A and mix low speed until homogeneous. Apply MAXFLOOR POLY -M by brush, roller, trowel or squeegee. Use spiked roller to release air and improve leveling.
Consumption
Smooth topcoat: 0.5–0.6 kg/m². Multilayer broadcast: 0.6–0.8 kg/m² resin, 2.0–2.5 kg/m² aggregate. Fluid mortar: 1.0 kg/m² per millimeter resin, 0.7 kg/m² per millimeter filler.
Presentation
MAXFLOOR POLY-M is supplied in a pre-weighed two-component set of twenty kilograms, available in grey, white, red, brick, green and black; other colours on request.

Wear gloves, goggles and protective clothing. Avoid skin and eye contact and inhalation of vapors. Follow Safety Data Sheet and dispose according to regulations.
