MAXFLOOR CEM
MAXFLOOR® CEM is a solvent-free epoxy-cement self-levelling mortar designed for the repair, levelling and protection of concrete floors exposed to heavy wear and aggressive service environments.
MAXFLOOR® CEM combines cement and modified epoxy resins to provide a high-performance solution for horizontal concrete surfaces. Its self-levelling properties allow fast and efficient application while producing smooth, uniform and durable surfaces. MAXFLOOR® CEM is particularly suitable for repairing damaged floors, improving abrasion resistance and preparing substrates before the application of epoxy or polyurethane coatings. It also acts as a temporary moisture vapour barrier on concrete substrates with residual moisture, helping to improve the long-term performance of subsequent flooring systems. Thanks to its excellent mechanical strength, chemical resistance and adhesion to concrete, MAXFLOOR® CEM is widely used in industrial facilities, warehouses, parking structures, loading docks and other areas subjected to demanding operating conditions.
