MAXFLOOR CEM
MAXFLOOR® CEM is a three-component self-levelling mortar based on cement and water-based epoxy resins, specially designed for the repair and protection of concrete pavements under aggressive chemical and mechanical conditions.
With its fluid consistency and excellent adhesion, MAXFLOOR® CEM is ideal for both indoor and outdoor applications. It provides a smooth finish, acts as a temporary moisture barrier, and allows for further coatings with epoxy or polyurethane. Its outstanding resistance to abrasion, chemicals, and wear makes it a high-performance solution for industrial settings, manufacturing facilities and maintenance works on damp substrates. Solvent-free and non-flammable, MAXFLOOR® CEM is suitable for areas with limited ventilation and offers a durable, waterproof finish with enhanced chemical resistance compared to standard concrete.
Applications of MAXFLOOR® CEM
- Repair and protection of industrial floors affected by wheel traffic, such as parking areas and decks.
- Protection of concrete pavements exposed to chemical attack in industrial plants and wastewater treatment facilities.
- Levelling and smoothing surfaces before finishing with parquet, carpet, linoleum, vinyl, etc.
Advantages of MAXFLOOR® CEM
- Self-levelling with high fluidity for easy application.
- Very high resistance to abrasion, impact and wear.
- Excellent bond to concrete, including damp surfaces.
- Acts as a vapour barrier before epoxy or polyurethane coatings.
- Waterproof, solvent-free and non-flammable for safe indoor use.
