Maxflex XJS
Description:
MAXFLEX® XJS is a sealing system composed of a thermoplastic elastomeric strip (TPE) with lateral fleece edges. It is fixed with MAXEPOX® JOINT epoxy adhesive or MAXSEAL® FLEX mortar, ensuring watertightness in expansion joints or cracks subjected to extreme movements or chemical exposure.
Applications:
– Waterproofing of expansion joints in walls, roofs, terraces, water reservoirs, tunnels, swimming pools, and basements.
– Sealing and repair of wide and irregular joints with big movements or expansions.
– Waterproofing of active cracks, fissures, and corner joints in bathrooms and changing rooms.
Advantages:
– Suitable for drinking water and permanent water immersion.
– High elasticity and excellent adhesion to common construction materials.
– Does not require a dry substrate for fixing and provides a watertight system.
