MAXEPOX REPAIR

MAXEPOX REPAIR is a three-component, solvent-free epoxy mortar designed for levelling, protection, and repair of horizontal concrete surfaces up to 50 mm thick per layer. This high-performance product provides exceptional mechanical strength, impact resistance, and excellent chemical durability. MAXEPOX REPAIR offers superior adhesion without primers, making it suitable for warehouses, parking areas, industrial floors, and ramps. Its thixotropic consistency allows easy application in thick layers without sagging or formwork, ensuring long-lasting, waterproof repairs even in areas exposed to high traffic and aggressive environments.

Applications

• Repair and levelling of concrete floors, loading docks, industrial paving, and roads.
• Patching horizontal surfaces or building non-slip ramps with high wear resistance.
• Fixing machinery bases, restoring concrete steps, and repairing cracks and damages.

How to Use

Mix components A and B separately, combine them, then slowly add component C. Blend with a slow-speed drill until achieving a homogeneous, smooth mortar. Apply with a trowel.

Consumption

Estimated consumption is 2.0–2.1 kg/m² per mm thickness. A 35 kg set fills approximately 16.6–17.5 litres.

Presentation

MAXEPOX REPAIR is supplied in pre-weighed 35 kg sets: 3.4 kg component A, 1.6 kg component B, and 30 kg component C.

Precautions and Safety

Wear rubber gloves, safety goggles, and protective clothing. Avoid contact with skin and eyes. Do not inhale vapours during mixing or application.
