MAXEPOX FLOOR

MAXEPOX FLOOR is a two-component, solvent-free epoxy binder designed for high-performance flooring systems on concrete and mortar substrates, providing protection and decorative finishing with excellent mechanical and chemical resistance.

Its pigmented formulation allows use as a pure sealer coating or as a binder mixed with DRIZORO SILICA aggregates to create fluid mortars, trowelable mortars, or anti-slip multilayer systems. MAXEPOX FLOOR produces a seamless, compact, and easy-to-clean surface resistant to abrasion, impact, and aggressive chemicals. Suitable for industrial, commercial, and decorative applications, it ensures long-term durability even in demanding environments with heavy traffic or chemical exposure.

Application method

Mix component B into component A using a low-speed drill until a uniform product is achieved. Apply by brush, roller, or airless spray in two crossed coats or as binder for fluid or trowelable mortars depending on the system required.

Consumption

Approximate consumption ranges from 0.25–0.30 kg/m² per coat for pure coating and 1.0–2.0 kg/m²·mm for mortars, depending on surface texture and application system.

Packaging

MAXEPOX FLOOR is supplied in 25 kg pre-weighed sets: 20 kg of component A and 5 kg of component B. Available in grey, red, green, white, blue and transparent; other colours on request.

Precautions and safety

Use protective gloves, goggles, and suitable clothing during mixing and application. Avoid skin or eye contact and inhalation of vapours; clean tools with MAXEPOX SOLVENT immediately after use.
