MAXEPOX BOND

MAXEPOX BOND is a two-component epoxy bonding agent, 100% solids and solvent-free, formulated for structural bonding between fresh or existing concrete and diverse construction materials.

With exceptional adhesion and excellent mechanical properties, MAXEPOX BOND delivers durable, reliable joints on roughened, fully cured concrete and substrates such as stone, marble, wood, or glass. Its very good resistance to chemical agents and ageing ensures long-term performance in civil works, building repair, and industrial maintenance. How to use

Pour component B into component A and mix with a slow-speed drill (≤300 rpm) until homogeneous in color and appearance. Apply MAXEPOX BOND in a thin, even coat by brush, short-pile roller, or spatula, keeping the surface uniformly tacky.

Consumption

Coverage ranges from 0.3 to 1.0 kg/m² per coat, depending on substrate roughness and method. Perform an on-site test to confirm exact consumption before full-scale application.

Packaging

MAXEPOX BOND is supplied in pre-weighed two-component sets of 2, 5, and 10 kg, ready for immediate use and accurate mixing proportions on site.

Precautions and safety

Wear protective gloves, goggles, and suitable clothing. Avoid contact with skin and eyes and do not inhale vapors. Clean tools with appropriate solvent before curing; follow the Safety Data Sheet.
