MAXELASTIC TRANS -W
MAXELASTIC® TRANS-W is a water-based transparent polyurethane elastomeric membrane designed for waterproofing and protection of terraces and outdoor areas.
Its one-component ready-to-use formulation creates a continuous, transparent and waterproof elastic membrane with excellent adhesion and long-term durability against weathering. It is suitable for waterproofing terraces, balconies and outdoor surfaces over concrete, cement mortars, ceramic materials, tiles, bricks, glass, fibre-cement and other common construction substrates.
Application fields
- Transparent waterproofing of roofs, terraces and balconies exposed to pedestrian traffic.
- Protection of concrete, cement mortars, tiles, ceramic surfaces, bricks and metal roofing.
- Waterproofing of transparent covers and roofs made of glass or polycarbonate.

Application instructions
The substrate must be clean, sound and free from contaminants that could affect adhesion. The surface should always be primed with MAXPRIMER® PUR-W before applying the product by brush, roller or air-less spray equipment.
