MAXELASTIC THERMOCOAT
MAXELASTIC® THERMOCOAT is a one-component elastic waterproof coating based on acrylic resins in aqueous dispersion and special low thermal conductivity microspheres, designed for the waterproofing and thermal insulation of roofs, façades and exposed building elements.
MAXELASTIC® THERMOCOAT combines waterproofing performance and thermal protection in a seamless membrane system. Its formulation incorporates special microspheres with extremely low thermal conductivity that help reduce the temperature of surfaces exposed to solar radiation, improving thermal comfort and reducing energy consumption associated with cooling and air conditioning systems. MAXELASTIC® THERMOCOAT forms a continuous, flexible coating fully bonded to the substrate, capable of accommodating movements caused by thermal expansion, contraction and structural settlement without losing its waterproofing properties. In addition, it provides excellent resistance to ultraviolet radiation, weathering and carbonation of concrete, helping to extend the service life of the protected structure. It is suitable for roofs, terraces, balconies, façades, metal roofs, fibre-cement surfaces and sprayed polyurethane foam insulation requiring long-term protection and thermal efficiency.
