MAXELASTIC PUR -HW
MAXELASTIC PUR-HW is a one-component, water-based hybrid polyurethane membrane designed for the waterproofing and protection of roofs and outdoor areas.
Formulated as an elastomeric and UV-stable coating, MAXELASTIC PUR-HW provides a continuous waterproofing barrier resistant to ponding water and extreme weather conditions. Its ready-to-use composition makes it easy to apply by roller, brush, or airless spray, offering long-lasting adhesion on concrete, metal, tiles, or fiber-cement panels. With excellent crack-bridging capacity and high colour stability, this solution is suitable for civil works, industrial facilities, and residential buildings where durable and environmentally friendly waterproofing is required.

- Waterproofing of flat roofs, terraces, balconies, decks and facades exposed to UV rays.
- Under-tile waterproofing for kitchens, wet areas, and outdoor tiled surfaces.
- Protection of green roofs, planter boxes, bridge decks, chimneys and cooling towers.
- Anti-corrosion waterproofing for metal roofs, platforms, silos and marine structures.

Mode of application
Stir the product for 2–3 minutes before use. Apply two crossed coats by roller, brush or spray over a properly primed surface, allowing drying time between applications.
Consumption
Estimated coverage: 0.8–1.0 kg/m² per coat, with a total consumption of 1.6–2.0 kg/m², depending on substrate conditions and method of application.
Presentation
MAXELASTIC PUR-HW is supplied in 25 kg drums, available in white, grey, red, tile, green and black. Other colours are available upon request.
Precautions and safety
Wear protective gloves, goggles and suitable clothing during handling and application. Avoid direct contact with eyes and skin, and ensure proper ventilation when applying indoors.
