MAXELASTIC PUR -FW
MAXELASTIC PUR-FW is a one-component, water-based, aliphatic polyurethane coating designed to protect waterproofing systems made with MAXELASTIC PUR-HW subjected to vehicle traffic and severe abrasion conditions.
Once applied and cured, MAXELASTIC PUR-FW forms an elastomeric, waterproof polyurethane system with high elasticity, excellent abrasion resistance and outstanding colour stability under UV exposure. Its water-based, solvent-free formulation makes it suitable for outdoor areas and applications in poorly ventilated environments. MAXELASTIC PUR-FW is specifically formulated as a protective and decorative topcoat, extending the service life of waterproofing systems exposed to pedestrian and vehicular traffic. Easy to apply by brush, roller or air-less spray, MAXELASTIC PUR-FW delivers a continuous, durable finish with very low maintenance requirements.
Applications
- Abrasion and traffic protection of MAXELASTIC PUR-HW waterproofing systems in parking decks, access ramps and trafficked slabs.
- Protective and decorative coating for outdoor floors over concrete, cement mortars, tiles and fibre-cement subjected to heavy wear.
- Anti-corrosion decorative finish for exposed metal structures such as bridges, platforms, cooling towers and sewage plants.

Application method
MAXELASTIC PUR-FW is supplied ready to use and must be stirred until homogeneous. Apply in two perpendicular coats by brush, roller or air-less spray, respecting drying times between coats.
Consumption
Estimated consumption is 0.25 to 0.30 kg/m² per coat, with a total consumption of approximately 0.5 to 0.6 kg/m² applied in two coats.
Packaging
MAXELASTIC PUR-FW is supplied in 10 kg and 22 kg drums, available in standard colours white, grey, red and green. Other colours available on request.
Precautions and safety
Use protective gloves, safety goggles and suitable clothing during application. Avoid contact with skin and eyes and follow standard safety handling procedures.
