MAXELASTIC POLY -F
MAXELASTIC® POLY-F is a two-component, solvent-free aliphatic poly-urea coating designed for waterproofing and protection of concrete and outdoor surfaces, with full UV stability and excellent color retention.
Once applied, MAXELASTIC® POLY-F creates a high-performance continuous elastomeric membrane with outstanding abrasion resistance and excellent elasticity. Thanks to its fast curing, it allows pedestrian use after 8 hours and full service, including water immersion, in just 24 hours. It is ideal as a UV-resistant topcoat over MAXELASTIC® POLY or other systems subject to wear and exposure. This manual cold-applied membrane is non-flammable and environmentally friendly, suitable for industrial surfaces, parking decks, helipads, or reservoirs. MAXELASTIC® POLY-F guarantees lasting protection in demanding environments, with top chemical resistance to water, fuels, oils, seawater, and de-icing salts.

Application method
Mix components A and B with a mechanical stirrer. Apply with a brush or roller in one or two coats, crossing direction. (consult technical sheet)
Consumption
Approximate consumption: 0.3 kg/m² per coat as waterproofing, or 0.25–0.3 kg/m² as UV topcoat. (consult technical sheet)
