MAXELASTIC PAV
MAXELASTIC® PAV is a one-component elastic waterproof coating based on acrylic resins in water dispersion, aggregates and fibres, designed for waterproofing roofs and terraces subjected to pedestrian and light vehicular traffic.
MAXELASTIC® PAV forms a continuous, flexible and fully bonded membrane that provides long-lasting waterproof protection against water ingress and atmospheric exposure. Its formulation incorporates aggregates and fibres that improve abrasion resistance, allowing it to withstand pedestrian traffic and occasional light vehicle circulation without requiring additional mechanical protection. MAXELASTIC® PAV offers high elasticity capable of accommodating movements caused by thermal expansion, contraction and structural settlement while maintaining the integrity of the waterproofing system. In addition, it provides excellent resistance to ultraviolet radiation, weathering and harsh environmental conditions, making it suitable for roofs, terraces, balconies and other exposed surfaces. Its decorative finish, ease of application and long-term durability make MAXELASTIC® PAV an effective solution for waterproofing and protecting walkable outdoor areas.
