MAXELASTIC
MAXELASTIC is a single-component waterproof elastic coating, based on acrylic resins, specially formulated for waterproofing and protecting all types of roofs and façades.
Ready to use and easy to apply, MAXELASTIC forms a continuous, flexible membrane resistant to UV rays and weathering. It provides seamless protection by bridging cracks and sealing pores, adapting to movements caused by temperature changes or structural settling. Ideal for concrete, masonry, bricks, tiles, metal sheets and more, it ensures long-lasting performance without requiring joints or primers in most cases.

- Waterproofing and protection of roofs, terraces, balconies and vertical walls.
- Sealing of hairline cracks, joints and areas subject to movement like chimneys or junctions.
- UV protection of polyurethane foam and insulation materials on rooftops.

Directions for use
Stir MAXELASTIC thoroughly before use. Apply with brush, roller or airless spray in two thick coats at right angles. Let dry 5–18 hours between coats.
Consumption
Estimated consumption: 2,0–3,0 kg/m² applied in two coats depending on surface porosity and application method.
Presentation
MAXELASTIC is supplied in 5 kg and 25 kg plastic drums. Available in six colours: white, grey, green, red, brick and black.
Precautions and safety
Wear protective gloves, goggles and clothing. Avoid contact with eyes and skin. Wash tools with water immediately after use.
