MAXCLEAR TOP
MAXCLEAR TOP is a high-quality hydrophobic sealer composed of water-based silane/siloxane resins, designed for transparent water-repellent protection against rainwater and weathering on mineral substrates.
MAXCLEAR TOP protects concrete, brick, cement mortar, masonry, natural stone and limestone while preserving the appearance of treated surfaces. This non-film forming sealer allows water vapour diffusion and provides invisible protection.

Application instructions

Packaging

Safety and health
Wear protective gloves and security glasses during application. In case of eye or skin contact, wash thoroughly with clean water without rubbing.
