MAXCLEAN is a monocomponent acidic liquid cleaner designed to effectively remove oils, greases, salts and cement residues from concrete and mortar surfaces.

Thanks to its concentrated formula and descaling action, MAXCLEAN deeply cleans substrates by dissolving oily substances and saline efflorescence. It enhances surface adhesion before applying coatings or protective systems. Suitable for manual or spray application, it ensures high coverage and reliable performance in construction and restoration projects. MAXCLEAN is ideal for preparing substrates in industrial, civil or refurbishment environments.

Application Fields

Application Instructions

Mix one litre of MAXCLEAN with five litres of clean water. Apply on pre-wetted areas by brush or spray, leave for 4-5 minutes, then rinse thoroughly.

Consumption

Approximate coverage: 0.04–0.05 kg/m² depending on surface porosity and application method.

MAXCLEAN is supplied in 5 kg and 27.50 kg jerrycans, ready for dilution and use.
