DRIZORO MESH

DRIZORO MESH is an alkali-resistant fiberglass mesh designed to reinforce waterproof coatings and cement mortars, preventing cracks and improving the mechanical resistance of the system.

Available in different versions (58, 130 and 140), DRIZORO MESH provides continuous reinforcement that enhances tensile and impact strength, increases fatigue resistance and ensures durability against alkalis and UV exposure. It is flexible, easy to apply on irregular surfaces, and offers excellent compatibility with waterproofing systems such as MAXSEAL FLEX, MAXELASTIC, CONCRESEAL PLASTERING or CONCRESEAL TOP. Its use is recommended in façades, structures, thermal insulation systems and waterproofing works exposed to movements and climatic cycles.

Mode of application

Cut the mesh to the required length and pre-assemble it on the substrate. Apply a first layer of coating or mortar, embed the mesh while fresh, press firmly to remove air and ensure full impregnation before applying the second layer.

Consumption

The mesh is fully integrated in the coating system; consumption depends on roll size and surface area, with overlaps of 5 cm minimum and 10 cm at joints or cracks.

Presentation

DRIZORO MESH is supplied in rolls: 58 (1×50 m, 1×100 m, 0.30×500 m), 130 (1×50 m, 1×100 m) and 140 (1×50 m, 1×100 m), in different colours and weaves.

Precautions and safety

Use gloves, goggles and protective clothing during cutting and embedding. Store rolls in a dry, covered place, protected from sunlight and heat sources, at 5°C to 40°C.
