CONCRESEAL TOP (-F, -P, -R)
CONCRESEAL® TOP (-F, -P, -R) is a coloured, waterproof and highly adhesive single-layer cement mortar designed for the protection, waterproofing and decoration of exterior façades.
CONCRESEAL® TOP is an industrial cement-based coating developed for the execution of decorative single-layer renders with excellent mechanical performance and long-term durability. Available in three versions depending on the desired finish: CONCRESEAL® TOP-P (Pebble dash / Spar finish), CONCRESEAL® TOP-R (Scraped / Stucco finish) and CONCRESEAL® TOP-F (Sponge float finish). CONCRESEAL® TOP combines waterproofing performance with water vapour permeability, allowing the substrate to breathe while protecting the façade against rainwater penetration. Its excellent adhesion to traditional substrates such as concrete, brick, concrete blocks and cement renders allows the execution of continuous, durable and resistant finishes. In addition, its industrial manufacturing process guarantees stable colour, consistent waterproofing characteristics and uniform mechanical properties. CONCRESEAL® TOP provides an economical and reliable solution for façade renovation, refurbishment and new construction projects requiring both decorative appearance and long-term protection.

Application Method

Consumption

Packaging
CONCRESEAL® TOP is supplied in 25 kg bags and is available in eight standard colours according to the colour chart. Safety and Health
Wear protective gloves and safety goggles during handling, mixing and application. Avoid contact with skin and eyes and prevent dust inhalation.
