MAXELASTIC POLY -M
MAXELASTIC® POLY-M is a cold-applied two-component aromatic polyurea membrane designed for single-coat waterproofing and long-term protection of concrete, mortar and other construction substrates.
MAXELASTIC® POLY-M forms a seamless elastomeric membrane that provides durable waterproofing with rapid return to service. Its advanced polyurea formulation delivers outstanding elasticity, excellent crack-bridging capability and high resistance to tearing, abrasion and mechanical wear. MAXELASTIC® POLY-M is particularly suitable for roofs, terraces, balconies, bathrooms, foundations, retaining walls, reservoirs, channels and hydraulic structures, as well as for repair works on previously applied sprayed polyurea systems. The membrane also offers very good chemical resistance against seawater, wastewater, de-icing salts, fuels, oils, grease and diluted acid or alkali solutions. Its cold application by brush or roller makes MAXELASTIC® POLY-M ideal for detail work, irregular areas, repairs and projects requiring a reliable waterproofing solution with fast curing and minimal downtime.

Application Method
Apply onto clean, dry and properly primed substrates after thoroughly mixing both components until a homogeneous consistency is achieved. For further information or detailed technical data, please consult the product technical data sheet.
Consumption
The estimated consumption on horizontal surfaces is 1.0 to 2.0 kg/m² in a single coat. For vertical surfaces, apply approximately 0.3 kg/m² per coat. For further information or detailed technical data, please consult the product technical data sheet.
Packaging
MAXELASTIC® POLY-M is supplied in pre-weighed 5 kg and 20 kg two-component sets consisting of resin and hardener. Available in standard grey colour. For further information or detailed technical data, please consult the product technical data sheet.
Safety and Health
