Free of chlorides and metallic particles, MAXGROUT provides durable, waterproof and non-corrosive fillings. Classified as Class R4 according to EN 1504-3 and compliant with EN 1504-6 for rebars anchoring, it offers high cohesion without segregation or bleeding. Suitable for both structural and maintenance works, MAXGROUT maintains full contact with the substrate, even under repeated loads, and resists water, oil, grease and extreme temperatures once hardened.<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"font-size: 18px;\">Applications<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Repair and restoration of damaged concrete elements such as columns, beams, slabs, retaining walls and piles.<\/li>\n<li>Anchoring of bolts, rebars, pillars and steel column bases in structural works.<\/li>\n<li>Filling of machine foundations, bridge bearings, joints and voids under concrete slabs.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2 style=\"font-size: 18px;\">Advantages<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>High early and final compressive strength.<\/li>\n<li>Non-shrink and slightly expansive, ensuring full substrate contact.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent adhesion, waterproof, fireproof and non-toxic.<\/li>\n<li>Free of chlorides, non-corrosive to steel reinforcements.<\/li>\n<li>Resistant to oils, greases and thermal variations.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2 style=\"font-size: 18px;\">Application method<\/h2>\n<p>Pour MAXGROUT into clean water (3\u20133.5 L per 25 kg bag) and mix for 3\u20134 minutes at low speed until a homogeneous, lump-free mixture is obtained. Apply by gravity pouring in one continuous direction.<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"font-size: 18px;\">Consumption<\/h2>\n<p>Approximately 2 kg\/m\u00b2 per mm thickness as pure mortar or 1.4 kg\/m\u00b2 per mm with sand addition, depending on substrate and consistency.<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"font-size: 18px;\">Packaging<\/h2>\n<p>MAXGROUT is supplied in 25 kg bags, stored for up to twelve months in unopened containers, in dry and covered areas above 5 \u00b0C.<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"font-size: 18px;\">Precautions and safety<\/h2>\n<p>Wear gloves, goggles and protective clothing during mixing and application.
