MAXFLOOR\u00ae CEM is particularly suitable for repairing damaged floors, improving abrasion resistance and preparing substrates before the application of epoxy or polyurethane coatings. It also acts as a temporary moisture vapour barrier on concrete substrates with residual moisture, helping to improve the long-term performance of subsequent flooring systems.
