Its water-based, solvent-free formulation makes it suitable for outdoor areas and applications in poorly ventilated environments. MAXELASTIC PUR-FW is specifically formulated as a protective and decorative topcoat, extending the service life of waterproofing systems exposed to pedestrian and vehicular traffic. Easy to apply by brush, roller or air-less spray, MAXELASTIC PUR-FW delivers a continuous, durable finish with very low maintenance requirements.<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"font-size: 18px;\">Applications<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Abrasion and traffic protection of MAXELASTIC PUR-HW waterproofing systems in parking decks, access ramps and trafficked slabs.<\/li>\n<li>Protective and decorative coating for outdoor floors over concrete, cement mortars, tiles and fibre-cement subjected to heavy wear.<\/li>\n<li>Anti-corrosion decorative finish for exposed metal structures such as bridges, platforms, cooling towers and sewage plants.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2 style=\"font-size: 18px;\">Advantages<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>High abrasion resistance, suitable for pedestrian and car traffic.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent resistance to weathering and UV radiation, with total colour stability.<\/li>\n<li>Perfect adhesion and compatibility with MAXELASTIC PUR-HW systems.<\/li>\n<li>Water-based, solvent-free, non-flammable and odour-free formulation.<\/li>\n<li>Easy application without the need for skilled applicators.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2 style=\"font-size: 18px;\">Application method<\/h2>\n<p>MAXELASTIC PUR-FW is supplied ready to use and must be stirred until homogeneous. Apply in two perpendicular coats by brush, roller or air-less spray, respecting drying times between coats.<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"font-size: 18px;\">Consumption<\/h2>\n<p>Estimated consumption is 0.25 to 0.30 kg\/m\u00b2 per coat, with a total consumption of approximately 0.5 to 0.6 kg\/m\u00b2 applied in two coats.<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"font-size: 18px;\">Packaging<\/h2>\n<p>MAXELASTIC PUR-FW is supplied in 10 kg and 22 kg drums, available in standard colours white, grey, red and green.
