Its advanced polyurea formulation delivers outstanding elasticity, excellent crack-bridging capability and high resistance to tearing, abrasion and mechanical wear. MAXELASTIC\u00ae POLY-M is particularly suitable for roofs, terraces, balconies, bathrooms, foundations, retaining walls, reservoirs, channels and hydraulic structures, as well as for repair works on previously applied sprayed polyurea systems. The membrane also offers very good chemical resistance against seawater, wastewater, de-icing salts, fuels, oils, grease and diluted acid or alkali solutions.
