Once hardened, it improves flexural strength, abrasion resistance and reduces capillary water absorption. This acrylic additive is compatible with a wide range of cement-based systems, allowing the production of more durable, impermeable and stable mortars under demanding conditions. MAXCRYL also offers excellent resistance to UV radiation and cement alkalinity, contributing to longer service life and improved performance in repair mortars, renders and technical coatings.<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"font-size: 18px;\">Applications<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Additive for improving repair mortars, screeds and surface regularization works.<\/li>\n<li>Preparation of bonding slurries in repair, overlay and thin-layer applications.<\/li>\n<li>Sealing primer for porous or uneven substrates to ensure uniform absorption.<\/li>\n<li>Enhancement of curing and adhesion in systems such as MAXSEAL or CONCRESEAL PLASTERING.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2 style=\"font-size: 18px;\">Advantages<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Improves workability and reduces water demand in mortar mixes.<\/li>\n<li>Enhances adhesion on smooth or highly absorbent substrates.<\/li>\n<li>Increases abrasion resistance and surface durability.<\/li>\n<li>Reduces capillary absorption and improves waterproofing performance.<\/li>\n<li>High resistance to UV exposure and weathering conditions.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2 style=\"font-size: 18px;\">Method of application<\/h2>\n<p>Apply MAXCRYL pure as a primer on clean, saturated substrates, or diluted with water depending on use. Mix with mortars using mechanical stirring until a homogeneous consistency is achieved before application.<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"font-size: 18px;\">Consumption<\/h2>\n<p>Estimated consumption as primer: 0.1 to 0.2 l\/m\u00b2 per coat. As an additive, dosage varies between ratios of 1:2 and 1:3 depending on application.<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"font-size: 18px;\">Packaging<\/h2>\n<p>MAXCRYL is supplied in plastic containers of 2, 5 and 25 litres, as well as 220-litre drums for professional and industrial use.<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"font-size: 18px;\">Health and safety<\/h2>\n<p>Wear protective gloves, goggles and suitable clothing during handling.
