It allows water vapor transmission, ensuring breathability without creating a barrier. The product offers long-lasting waterproofing, resists aggressive environments such as seacoasts, and is suitable for tunnel applications due to its good fire performance. MAXSEAL S is environmentally friendly, solvent-free, easy to mix with water, and requires no maintenance once applied and cured.<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"font-size: 18px;\">Applications<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Thick-layer waterproofing of tunnels, galleries, elevator pits, and buried structures exposed to moderate hydrostatic pressure.<\/li>\n<li>Levelling and waterproofing of water-retaining structures such as tanks, dams, canals, swimming pools, and fountains.<\/li>\n<li>Protective coating for concrete, brick, blockwork, or render before applying flexible waterproofing systems like MAXSEAL FLEX.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2 style=\"font-size: 18px;\">Advantages<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Excellent thixotropy for thick applications on vertical and overhead surfaces.<\/li>\n<li>Allows application on wet substrates and by mechanical spraying.<\/li>\n<li>Resistant to aggressive and polluted environments, offering long durability.<\/li>\n<li>High adhesion to substrate, sealing pores and forming part of the structure.<\/li>\n<li>Permeable to water vapor and suitable for tunnels due to good fire behaviour.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2 style=\"font-size: 18px;\">Application Method<\/h2>\n<p>Mix 25 kg of MAXSEAL-S with 5.25\u20135.75 L of water until a homogeneous, creamy paste is achieved. Apply 3\u201310 mm thick by trowel or wet shotcreting in one continuous coat on pre-dampened substrate.<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"font-size: 18px;\">Consumption<\/h2>\n<p>Approximate consumption is 1.8 kg\/m\u00b2 per mm of thickness, with a maximum layer of 10 mm. Perform an on-site test to determine the exact rate depending on substrate condition.<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"font-size: 18px;\">Packaging<\/h2>\n<p>MAXSEAL S is supplied in 25 kg bags, available in grey or white colours, stored in a dry, covered place above 5\u00b0C for up to twelve months.<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"font-size: 18px;\">Precautions and Safety<\/h2>\n<p>Use protective gloves, goggles, and suitable clothing.
