Its formulation allows both manual application and mechanical shotcreting, making it suitable for large-scale waterproofing and rehabilitation projects. MAXSEAL -S develops excellent adhesion to mineral substrates, becoming integrated with the surface while sealing pores, voids and irregularities. The coating remains permeable to water vapour, allowing the substrate to breathe without compromising waterproofing performance. MAXSEAL -S is particularly suitable for underground structures, water retaining facilities and construction elements exposed to aggressive environments.
