The product ensures excellent adhesion on damp substrates, easy application, and resistance to permanent immersion. Thanks to its elasticity and mechanical strength, MAXJOINT ELASTIC delivers a long-lasting solution for sealing non-structural joints and cracks in fa\u00e7ades, water tanks, and pipelines.<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"font-size: 18px;\">Applications<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Sealing joints between precast concrete structures and fa\u00e7ades.<\/li>\n<li>Waterproofing joints permanently immersed in reservoirs and treatment plants.<\/li>\n<li>Repairing active cracks and movement-prone areas in masonry surfaces.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2 style=\"font-size: 18px;\">Advantages<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Withstands up to 15% joint movement without cracking or losing adhesion.<\/li>\n<li>High durability and resistance to weather, wastewater, and saline environments.<\/li>\n<li>Non-toxic, non-flammable, and safe for potable water contact after curing.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2 style=\"font-size: 18px;\">Mode of Application<\/h2>\n<p>Mix component A (resin) and component B (powder) at a 1:1 weight ratio using a low-speed drill for 2-3 minutes. Let it rest 5 minutes, then apply MAXJOINT ELASTIC with a trowel or gun over damp surfaces, filling joints completely and smoothing as required.<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"font-size: 18px;\">Consumption<\/h2>\n<p>Estimated consumption: For 10&#215;10 mm joints, approx. 0.125 kg per linear metre. One kilogram fills about 0.79 litres of joint volume, depending on substrate conditions.<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"font-size: 18px;\">Presentation<\/h2>\n<p>MAXJOINT ELASTIC is supplied in pre-weighted 5 kg and 10 kg sets, each containing the two components in a 1:1 ratio by weight.
