MAXSEAL FLEX resists pressure, freeze-thaw cycles, chloride attack and UV exposure. It allows substrate breathability, can be applied on damp surfaces, and is certified for contact with potable water. Ideal for demanding waterproofing in civil engineering, building renovation, water tanks, pools, bathrooms and terraces. Can be overcoated with tiles, adhesives or decorative mortars.<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"font-size: 18px;\">Applications<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Waterproofing of tanks, reservoirs, swimming pools and irrigation channels.<\/li>\n<li>Protection of basements, foundations, tunnels and retaining walls.<\/li>\n<li>Interior and exterior waterproofing under tiles in kitchens, bathrooms and balconies.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2 style=\"font-size: 18px;\">Advantages<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Flexible membrane with excellent crack-bridging ability.<\/li>\n<li>Withstands water pressure and aggressive environments.<\/li>\n<li>Vapour-permeable, non-toxic, chloride-free, suitable for drinking water.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent adhesion to damp surfaces without bonding agents.<\/li>\n<li>Easy application by brush, roller, trowel or spray equipment.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2 style=\"font-size: 18px;\">Application method<\/h2>\n<p>Pour component A into a clean container and gradually add component B while mixing at low speed until smooth and lump-free.
